About Heartegrity

Heartegrity was founded in early 2009 and formally incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of North Carolina on March 3, 2011.

Heartegrity was formed to:

  • Organize charity campaigns and donate to selected programs that benefit children.
  • Design, build and operate a public Ty plush museum and park.
  • Promote contemporary literature and poetry.
  • Design and publish free educational Internet sites.

In June 2012, Heartegrity entered into a formal agreement with Webstatic Enterprises, Inc., a North Carolina corporation, to assume ownership and management of Webstatic’s non-commercial projects:

The transfer of ownership became effective on January 5, 2013. The agreement included a contract for Webstatic to provide at-cost hosting services for existing and future Heartegrity sponsored Internet sites and to operate a gift shop in the Ty museum when it opens.

Webstatic was also given exclusive rights to sell Heartegrity, recognition and promotional T-shirts, baseball caps, coffee mugs, glasses, key-clips and other souvenir-type products for which Heartegrity will receive 85% of the net profit from sales of these items.

Heartegrity will apply for IRS 401(c)(3) charitable non-profit status in late 2022. IRS approval of this application will enhance Heartegrity’s charity projects by permitting qualified individuals and organizations to make tax-deductible contributions to Heartegrity for the Ty museum building and exhibit funds and Heartegrity’s charitable programs for young children.

We extend our sincerest thanks to Andreas Viklund who designed the free template used as a basis for the heartegrity.org site design. Andreas is "real world" proof that some good things in life "are" free.
